What I do
Platform, data, and the glue between. I'd rather ship in small steps than big-bang rewrites, and fix root causes instead of symptoms. Systems should stay simple enough that whoever comes next actually understands them. I still write code, most recently LLM features in the product and the agentic tooling my team ships with.

- Hallo Freelancer Owned search for the freelancer marketplace, from the clusters it ran on to the relevance of its results, and put ML-based matching into production.
- XING Coaches Modernized an established platform: rebuilt its search stack and overhauled how it was deployed.
- tolingo Built and ran the translation platform and its APIs, and modernized the path to continuous delivery.
About
I've been building software since Half-Life mods as a teenager, and it never stopped being a hobby. These days the tinkering happens off the clock, in a homelab that runs more services than it should and in the small tools I build for working with AI agents.
